I’ve always looked for ways to create order, to make things better.

Why Design?

As a child, whenever the Tupperware cabinet got out of control, my mom would assign the task of reorganizing it to me. I enjoyed the process of taking something messy and frustrating, cleaning it up and making it enjoyable and easy to use (even if the order of the lids and containers only lasted a few days).

The innate desire to create order out of the complex, and make life a little easier for others, has stuck with me. I find there are many opportunities in life to create a good user experience.

By asking questions, being curious, observing, and listening, there is so much to learn from others.

My Career

I studied graphic design in college. Learned how to tell stories with visuals and movement while working as a photographer and videographer. Then I made my way into digital marketing at DISHER where I learned about designing for our customers and hitting them with the right message at the right time.

My Life

I like to balance my time in the digital world by developing more analog skills like printmaking, gardening, mountain biking, and slowing down by spending time doing outdoorsy things with my husband and two dogs, Finn and Moose.
